About Us
My name is Kevin Morrin and I have personally worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. Morrin Building Services was established in 1992 and since then has been involved in almost all aspects of the construction industry including one off house builds, extensions for architects and private clients and restoration and renovation of period properties. We have also installed a number of wet rooms/toilet/bedroom extensions for clients in receipt of Housing Adaptation Grants from Dublin City Council.
During the last five years we have set up an External Insulation division in conjunction with the S.E.A.I. Better Energy Homes grant scheme. As such we are certified by NSAI for External Insulation and are currently authorised contractors for Sempre Therm.
